Taylor Business Equipment hopes every product you purchase meets or exceeds your expectations, but we fully understand that is not always possible. We gladly accept the return of all unused, unopened supplies within 30 days of delivery. Upon authorization, defective or malfunctioning copiers, printers and fax machines can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Shredder return policies vary by model; please contact our Customer Care Center at 312-649-0827 or service@taylorfax.com for further details.

All Returns and Exchanges must be arranged through our Customer Service Staff.


--Call 312-649-0827 or email service@taylorfax.com . You will be issued an RA# (Return Authorization Number) to include on the shipping label of the return package.
--We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking details so that you can check the status of your return. Taylor Business Equipment is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the return carrier.
--Please allow 10-15 business days to inspect your return and process your refund. You will receive an email notifcation with a copy of your credit transaction.
--Your RA# expires 30 days after it is issued, so please contact us if you are not able to return the product within that time frame.


Refunds:

Returned supplies must be received unopened and unused. Returned equipment must be in the original box and include all original packing materials; all power cords and cables; and all manuals, software and CDs. Upon inspection, you will be issued a full refund, less shipping charges. We are unable to issue refunds for products returned soiled, damaged or missing parts.
Cancellations:


Cancel or change orders by contacting our Customer Care Center:
(312-649-0827) by 5:30 p.m. CST (6:30 EST) the same day the order was placed to avoid a transaction fee.

Orders canceled after they have shipped will be treated as returns. Transaction fees we incur for orders totaling $500 or more, cancelled after the day they were placed, will be deducted from credits and refunds.

Transaction fees are:

Visa / MasterCard - 2.2% of total purchase price
